As a national charity, we rely on donations to fund the work we do to help improve the lives of people affected by arthritis. We do this by offering advice and information about arthritis and how you can live well with arthritis - by managing exercise, pain, nutrition and medication. We offer these services in a variety of ways including our 0800 663 463 number, webinars, workshops, clinics, Facebook discussions, and more. If you reach out to us we can put you on to an Arthritis Educator.

Arthritis affects more than 647,000+ New Zealanders and is a leading cause of disability. This number is expected to reach 1 million by 2040. There are more than 140 forms of arthritis and there is no cure, but it can usually be managed effectively.

We can help people with arthritis continue to lead productive and fulfilling lives.
